Relevance: the "undercurrent of dissatisfaction again ... very costly this time." Sorry for Serena. But, like of all of us, she just has to realize what she is doing to break out of it. She'll enjoy her life more if she has fewer incidents like this. So too, a country can become the darling of the world if their government/people have fewer incidents like this.
